Our Omni roast is a blend of 50/50 washed/anaerobic from the Gedeb district of southern Ethiopia.
We roast it differently than our typical light filter roast profile, in order to maximize the caramel sweetness and really develop the aromatics. It’s our favorite coffee in a mocca master filter machine, and seriously fun as a no-milk espresso shot.
