This is a great, high-altitude site from Daye Bensa. In the heart of the Sidama region, very beautiful black tea-like with candied florals. 74158 variety, almost exclusively. When roasted for espresso, the black tea moves towards a soft milk chocolate and (after 3 ½ weeks post-roast) shows a stonefruit finish.
The lightroasted filter is simply gorgous, delicate with candied florals in the finish.
